The undersigned understands in using the STEPPLADDER there are elements of risk inherent in such tree climbing use and I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated. I do understand that I can cease such exposure to such risks by choosing not to participate in such activity. The undersigned has read the warning notice provided by WILD EDGE, INC.

WAIVER, DEFENSE, INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In using the STEPPLADDER, I fully assume all risks associated with the use of the ladder and tree climbing activity. On behalf of myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators and legal representatives I hereby voluntarily release and indemnify all agents, employees, officers, directors and volunteers of WILD EDGE, INC. from any and all claims, expenses and damages incurred by WILD EDGE, INC. as a result of any claims against WILD EDGE, INC. by the undersigned or anyone permitted to use said STEPPLADDER by the undersigned.
