Return Policy
Upon receipt of your Wild Edge package, please inspect the product(s) and contact [email protected] within 7 business days if you find any issues.
If you are unsatisfied with your Wild Edge purchase, you have 30 days to contact our customer service department to start the return process. (Some exclusions apply).
In order for a product to be deemed eligible for return, it must still be in good condition.
Please Note: All shipping costs (which includes original delivery fee to the customer and the return shipping fee to Wild Edge Inc.) are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, there is a standard restocking fee between $5.00 to $20.00 depending on the product being returned. Both of these charges (shipping fees and restocking fee) would be deducted from the refund. All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
